I love a good Latte and I love planning weddings. Every wedding is unique which is why I will design a package and price to suit your individual needs but the following packages are a good guide as to what we can do for you.

My Full Wedding Planning service may include vendor referrals and communication, venue site visits, budget projection, contract review and negotiations, decor guidance, wedding timeline, and day-of coordination.

After our initial catch-up, I will create 2 concepts for your Wedding along with a Pinterest board shared between us. I will work with you to create a shared Pinterest inspiration board to show the overall event style. I will share feedback and ideas on the colour palette, décor, and wedding details. I will create a list of 2 recommended suppliers for up to 5 from the following :   Celebrant , Photographer & Videographer, Cake Design, Hair & Makeup, Beverage, 
Transport, Catering.  

You will receive as a complimentary gift from me, a folder to store all your quotes and information in.

A Function Coordinator is employed by the venue you choose. They do not help you with suppliers, obtain quotes etc. That is the role of a planner. You will meet a Function Coordinator when you visit the venue and they will take you through the venue, tell you about packages and answer any questions regarding the venue. A planner will assist you with everything you require. They will take charge the day of the celebration and advise the function coordinator of the logistics and suppliers. A Function Coordinator is also known as a Venue Coordinator. They may or may not be rostered to work on the day of your event .

My role is to be with you every step of the way, take the pressure off you trying to make contact with suppliers, google venues, schedule appointments etc. etc. etc. Regardless of if you work full-time, part-time, casual or stay-at-home; you have no idea the hours that are required to plan a celebration. No one realises this work until they begin and this is when the word overwhelmed comes into it’s full meaning! On average, it takes 250 hours to plan a wedding and that is on top of your daily life. Planning this celebration is meant to be a special time in your life not one where you dread trying to find the time to do everything.

Location, availability, does it offer what you need in terms of Catering etc? But the most important in my mind is, does it speak to you? I am a water baby at heart so for my 40th I had to have a waterfront location. Since I had guests from all over Melbourne, it had to be central. I fell in love with Mr Hobson’s in Port Melbourne. It felt right. Especially because they were bending over backwards to do make my night exactly what I wanted. They allowed me to design my own signature cocktail, provide the alcohol for it and my instructions on how to make it, I called it the Peacocktini and btw it was AMAZING! But yes, the venue has to speak to you. If it doesn’t - it’s not the right one.

That’s what I am here for ! I will help you with deciding what is most important to you , so to allow appropriate funds to be set aside, as well as different ways you can cut costs in other ways.

Meraki means to do something you love with soul, creativity and purpose. This is how I approach everything in my life and how I’ll treat your celebration. I don’t do this just as a job - I do it because it is a life passion. It’s all about you so that’s how I will come up with the perfect Celebration for you. We will catch up - your initial catch - up is free, I totally get that a relationship is built on trust ad understanding and that doesn’t just appear out of the blue. I don’t want to be just the ‘person we got to help organise our celebration’, I want us to build a relationship of trust, friendship and understanding. You’ll be everything to me! I want you to say ‘ we couldn’t have done it without her ! ‘
